The challenge is not merely to replace a logo. It is to preserve the equity of the new identity while making every bottle, can, multipack and carton feel unmistakably part of one global brand.
DATEM® — Data to Emotion
Traditional data-driven design tells us what is happening. DATEM goes further: it reveals why a signal matters, identifies the emotion that can create preference and translates it into a story people can recognise before they read a word.
For this rollout, data will not design in our place. It will give the creative team a precise human target, then help us verify that the story remains clear, ownable and coherent across 75 SKUs.
Gather market studies, portfolio and sales signals, category codes, consumer feedback, cultural cues, usages, competitive packs and production realities.
Separate strong facts from weak signals. Identify tensions, unmet expectations and the moments where recognition, trust or desire can be won.
Convert each insight into a precise emotional objective: familiarity, pride, refreshment, confidence, appetite, belonging or aspiration.
Turn the emotional objective into a story, then into hierarchy, colour, typography, material, image, rhythm and range architecture.
Apply two creative narratives to representative bottle and can formats before scaling the selected system.
Return to the data to control recognition, legibility, differentiation, consistency and technical feasibility before rollout.
What we collect — and what it becomes
Shelf codes, price tiers, claims, colour ownership, visual saturation and white-space opportunities.
Feedback, behaviours, rituals, motivations, cultural meanings and the weak signals hidden behind preference.
Domestic recognition, distinctive assets, portfolio hierarchy, commercial priorities and the elements that must never be lost.
Dielines, substrates, inks, colour limits, bottle and can processes, regulatory content and supplier constraints.
DATEM does not decorate data. It transforms evidence into a human tension, that tension into an emotion, and that emotion into a design story capable of creating recognition and preference.
A controlled creative-to-production workflow
Review the new domestic logo, current international files, dielines, mandatory information, print processes and market-specific constraints.
Develop two design options showing how the renewed logo integrates with the existing equity, architecture and full international range.
Refine the selected route through structured review rounds. Approval of the master system becomes the production standard for all adaptations.
Adapt the approved system across bottles, cans, packs and cartons in weekly batches, maintaining strict visual and regulatory consistency.
Prepare production artwork with colour separation, bleed, trapping and print specifications, supported through the printer handoff.
Two clear, strategic packaging directions applied to representative hero formats.
Structured refinement rounds on the selected route to reach a precise master system.
High-fidelity bottle, can, multipack and carton views for stakeholder approval.
Production files prepared to the supplied dielines, specifications and market content.
Technically controlled separations for bottle and can printing, ready for production review.
Remote prepress coordination and technical guidance through final printer approval.
Web + mobile project management
AlchiSpace is L’Alchimiste’s proprietary client platform. It centralises the entire workflow from kick-off to final artwork, giving both teams one source of truth throughout the seven-week rollout.
Responsible · Ethical · Controlled
Our graphic creation is not generated by AI. The idea, storytelling, art direction and design system are conceived by people and remain under human creative control from first insight to final artwork. AI is used only as a carefully supervised performance tool to perfect selected workflows, improve consistency and refine the quality of certain working renders.
Concepts, narratives, visual systems and final creative decisions are conceived, challenged and approved by experienced designers.
AI may assist with research synthesis, consistency checks, technical quality control and the refinement of selected working renders.
Every use is purposeful, controlled and proportionate, with confidentiality, intellectual property and client interests protected.
Our team remains responsible for every recommendation, design decision and production-ready file delivered throughout the project.
A directly relevant beer case
Dive Bär demonstrates the exact capability this rollout demands: turning a beer pack into a distinctive brand asset, then protecting its recognition through every visual and production decision.
Selected beer project
A bold craft-beer identity built around immediate recognition, a deep blue signature and a system that performs across bottle, label and serving experience.
The project proves our ability to unite storytelling, shelf impact, tactile detail and print feasibility in one coherent beer identity.
International recognition is not the objective by itself. It is evidence that our work can combine a strong idea, impeccable execution and the visual authority required to perform on a global stage.
A distinct premium beer expression
+1 transforms a universal sign into a premium beer promise: more intensity, more character and more presence. It is a separate demonstration of our ability to build an ownable beer identity across bottle and can without relying on traditional brewery codes.

of collective senior expertise in brand design, FMCG packaging and international production — with specialist know-how in can and bottle adaptation, feasibility and colour-separated artwork.
Seven-week delivery plan
Kick-off, files, formats, constraints and master-system principles.
Creative presentation, selection and master approval.
First 10 SKUs + production feedback loop.
Next 10 SKUs + approved corrections.
20 SKUs across bottle, can and secondary packs.
20 SKUs + cross-range consistency review.
Up to 15 SKUs, global QA, artwork and handover.
Working rhythm: a validated batch of 10 SKUs every 7 days after master approval, with the final balance consolidated in Week 7. Timing depends on consolidated client feedback and timely delivery of final copy, dielines and regulatory content.
Simple, scalable pricing
The same disciplined standard applies to every approved SKU, whether it is a bottle, can, multipack or carton adaptation.
Fees exclude VAT, printing, physical proofs, travel, stock imagery or third-party production costs. Any material scope change is quoted before execution.
At the delivery of each approved weekly production batch, an invoice will be issued for settlement for the SKUs delivered in that milestone. This keeps payment aligned with visible progress and validated output throughout the rollout.
Final domestic logo, editable source files, approved dielines, regulatory copy, barcodes, print specifications and one consolidated feedback stream.
Three to five revision rounds apply to the selected master design direction. New directions or structural changes after approval are scoped separately.
L’Alchimiste prepares artwork and supports prepress review. Final print tests, material validation and manufacturing approval remain with the client, printer and packaging supplier.
Final approved and paid artwork includes unlimited international commercial usage rights. Project information and supplied assets are treated as confidential.
